Alex is now up on NOOK. The section break thing worked. It wasn’t all that painful an adaptation, since Alex has fairly few page breaks to start with. I’ve heard that using section breaks instead of page breaks doesn’t work on Kindle; I’ll check that.
I did make some slight changes to chapter 139 for the NOOK edition, and identified the book as 2nd edition on the copyright page. I’ll be uploading the 2nd edition to Kindle soon as well. I’m not sure whether previous buyers (including myself) will be able to re-download the book for free. I would think so. I’m going to check this as well, using myself as the guinea pig.
Been an interesting morning with the children. My son is jealous of the length of my daughter’s lightsaber.
